1. Services
LumAid Cleaning Inc. provides residential cleaning services in Ottawa, Ontario and surrounding areas, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, and Airbnb turnover cleaning services.
Service availability may vary depending on scheduling and location.
2. Bookings & Payments
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Pricing may vary depending on the size and condition of the property, requested services, and additional cleaning requirements.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Access To Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If our team cannot access the property, the appointment may be cancelled and a service fee may apply.
5. Satisfaction & Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address service-related concerns.
6. Liability
LumAid Cleaning Inc. is insured and takes reasonable care while providing services. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by faulty installations or unstable items
- Items not secured properly by the client
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
7. Website Use
All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, belongs to LumAid Cleaning Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
8. Privacy
Information submitted through our website or contact forms is used only for communication, scheduling, and customer service purposes. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
